Introduction: Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is a rare form of extranodal lymphoma. The most common pathology diffuse large B cell and patients are diagnosed at stages 1 2. therapeutic options available so far include surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy Case Presentation: patient was 54-year old woman with localized primary B-cell (DLBCL). underwent 6 courses an R-CHOP regimen followed by radiotherapy the regional lymph nodes dose 40 Gy. In PET scan done three months later, in complete remission. Around one year experienced relapse contralateral breast. Conclusions: pattern lapse patients, there tendency for relapse. some studies it has been speculated that high probability central nervous system (CNS) authorities advocate CNS prophylaxis these patients. best outcome would be treated including rituximab radiation.
